Bidding Information<\/span><\/h3>\n

  • Bids must be submitted before eleven o\u2019clock on the closing date.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
      \n
    • Late received bids will not be accepted for consideration.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
        \n
      • All bids close at the department of roads and Transport on the date indicated on the bid document.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
          \n
        • The bid box is open for 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and is situated at the 1st floor, Head Office, 40 Paul Kruger street, Polokwane.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
            \n
          • Bids must be submitted in a separate sealed envelope, clearly marked with the address, bid number and the closing date.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
              \n
            • Posted bids should reach the office before the closing date and the envelope should be clearly marked with the bid number, closing date and addressed to the department of Roads and Transport, 40 Paul Kruger street, Polokwane for attention: The Bid Section.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              • All bids must be submitted on the prescribed bidding forms \u2013 ( Not to be retyped)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
                  \n
                • Valid original tax clearance certificate must be attached to all bids.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
                    \n
                  • All bids should be properly completed and signed by an authorized person.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
                      \n
                    • Bids are subject to the General conditions of contract (GCC) and if applicable, any other special conditions of contract (SCC)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
                        \n
                      • Successful bidder would be required to sign the service level agreement (SLA) and\/or the standard contract form (SBD 7.2) with the department.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
                          \n
                        • Bid documents are obtainable at a fee from the Department of Roads and Transport, 40 Paul Kruger Street, Polokwane, 0700, Tel: 015 295 1130.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
