POLICING SUMMIT DRAWS TO THE END
The Minister of Police Mr Senzo Mchunu convened a successful 4 day summit whose theme was “Efficiency in action:Optimising South Africa s policing potential. The historic summit was officially opened by the State President of the Republic of South Africa Honourable Cyril Matamela Ramaphosa
The Minister was accompanied by the two Deputy Ministers and the MEC from various Provincial MEC’S which included MEC Mathye from Limpopo.
Resolutions were taken on the following themes
Police presence versus Police Visibility.
The role of community policing in reducing crime.
The summit was a real success.
