#TransportMonth2024| As October Transport Month comes to a close, we’re celebrating the power of collaboration! Today, Limpopo MEC for Transport and Community Safety, Violet Mathye, and Deputy Minister of Transport, Mr. Mkhuleko Hlengwa teamed up to promote road safety at Beitbridge Border Post.
Their visit was part of the Cross-Alive Road Safety Campaign, a flagship initiative of the
Cross-Border Road Transport Agency. This campaign aims to ensure the safe transportation of passengers and goods across South African borders.
The campaign brought together key stakeholders, including the South African Police Service, Border Management Authority SA BMA, South African Revenue Service (SARS), South African National Defence Force Road Traffic Management Corporation, Road Accident Fund and Musina Local Municipality
