GOT MOTOR VEHICLE LICENCE (MVL) ARREARS?

Don’t worry, we have a solution for you.

The Limpopo Department of Transport and Community Safety remains committed
to assisting vehicle owners experiencing difficulties in settling outstanding
motor vehicle licence fees.

Through the Motor Vehicle Licence (MVL) Debt Relief Programme,
the Department supports qualifying motorists to regularise their licence status.

Who Qualifies?

  • Vehicle owners licensing in Limpopo for at least 3 years
  • Individuals owing R5,000 or more
  • Companies owing R10,000 or more

Required Documents

  • Completed MVL Debt Relief Application Form
  • Certified copy of Identity Document
  • Latest R114 statement
  • Proof of residence (not older than 3 months)
  • Supporting documentation (where applicable)
