The Department of Transport and Community Safety – Capricorn District Women in Law Enforcement, together with SAPS, Lepelle-Nkumpi Municipality, Polokwane and Molemole Municipalities, today combined law enforcement with compassion.
Following a successful roadblock at Specon, the team visited Advance Children for Success (ACFS) Centre at Mogoto Village in Zebediela.
ACFS was established in 1945 and is dedicated to supporting children from disadvantaged communities, helping them overcome poverty and limited educational resources through learning, skills development and social support.
To support their work, the team donated essential items including a fridge, microwave, groceries and newborn baby clothes.
The outreach was led by District Director Ms M.J Mokoena, Deputy Director Z.D Randima, Cllr Dr M. Molala and joined by TV actress for Scandal, Ms Marjorie Langa.
This initiative proves that law enforcement is not only about roads, but about building safer, caring communities for our children.
