The trio are accused in the murder case of Maria Makgato and Kudzai Ndlovu, whose mortal remains were fed to pigs, at the accused’s farm.
Addressing the family ahead of the hearing, the Minister for Women, Youth and Persons with Disabilities, Ms Sindiwe Chikunga, emphasised that ‘Government and organs of civil society, have an obligation to amplify cases like this, and ensure that justice is administered optimally’.
She has made an appeal that society should allow ‘justice to take its course, as cases of this nature have a tendency to take an extensive period of time’.
